In the morning, parents were off to the seminar so I stayed in the hotel, sun-bathing by poolside. Late afternoon, went to the center, George town and went up Penang Hill by cable car (or rack railway?) but it rained so heavily that we could not see the night view of the centre at all... For dinner, we went to Batu Feringi to have something Western.
